The location was excellent, with everything I needed close by, such as food, shopping, and markets. It was in a bustling shopping area, but after 11pm it became quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay.

During my New Year's stay, the morning breakfast was outstanding and always had something new to indulge in. They had an array of food options to choose from, both sweet and savory, with plenty of bread and drink options. The hotel staff were always with a smile and very helpful, carrying my luggage to and from my room, and checking me in early on a hot day. The location was prime, easily accessible by public transport or walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit. The environment felt very safe, which was very important. Lastly, the clean and cosy room was an added advantage and the daily room cleaning ensured a fresh start to my day.

Although my stay was amazing, there were slight issues with the bathroom toilet which was a bit cramped and did not have much space. the air conditioning was dysfunctional for two days, hindering a good night's sleep.

I loved the "fabulous" terrace with "beautiful views" of the city. The property had great safety features and was close to popular attractions. The halal breakfast was tasty, and I enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi and helpful concierge services.

We had a wonderful romantic escape and the hotel was perfect for our needs. The room was very clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and crisp linens every day. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of fresh fruits and pastries as well as hot dishes that changed daily. The location was key, just a short walk to many attractions and with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were always available to answer our questions.

The noise level in and around the hotel. Although the windows were well-insulated, we could still hear some street noise and occasional sounds from other guests in the hallways.
